STUDIES:
2003-graduated from the Royal Academy of Music - London with a Diploma in Postgraduate Performance.

2001-started the courses in Royal Academy of Music - London, as a postgraduate student in the Gyorgy Pauk's class, one of the leading violinists of our time

2000-graduated the Bucharest's "University of Music" with a Bachelor Degree in Music

1999 -auditioned and won a place at the Royal Academy of Music in London, U.K., on the full-time Postgraduate Diploma Programme and I was awarded an Entrance Scholarship

- attended the "University of Music" in Bucharest

1995 -graduated the "George Enescu" Music High School

1989- started taking lessons with professor Paul Ratz, soloist, composer and concertmaster at the Bucharest National State Opera Orchestra as well as professor at the "University of Music" in Bucharest
-attended the "George Enescu" Music High School, in Bucharest
- also started taking lessons with the well known professor Stefan Gheorghiu

1983 - attended "Dinu Lipatti" Music High School

1981 - started playing violin with teacher Beno Schwartzman, until 1989

COMPETITIONS & PERFORMINGS:
1983-I was placed first at the national competition "Cāntarea Romāniei"

1989-I was placed first at the "Festival of Interpretation of Romanian Instrumental Music"
-I was placed second at the national competition "Cāntarea Romāniei"

1991-age 14, I had my big stage debut playing H. Wieniawski - concert no.2 in D minor concerto, with the "G. Dima" Brasov Philarmonic Orchestra, conducted by master Antonio Ardinghi (Italia)

1992-I played H. Vieuxtemps - concert no. 4 in D minor, with the "G. Dima" Brasov Philarmonic Orchestra, conducted by master I. Ionescu-Galati
-I was placed second at the "National Competition of Instrumental Interpretation", in Brasov
-I was placed second at the "Festival of Music Interpretation - W.A. Mozart" - chamber music - trio, in Constanta
-I played again the H. Vieuxtemps - concert no. 4 in D minor, with the "W.A. Mozart Philarmonic" in Sibiu, conducted by master Daisuke Soga (Japan)
-I played several recitals in different parts of Belgium, organised by a charity foundation in order to raise money for the benefit of Romanian orphans

1993-I was placed second at the "National chamber music competition" - duo, in Rāmnicu Vâlcea
-I was placed second at the National Competition of Musical Interpretation "Mihail Jora" - quartette, in Bucharest
-I played E. Lalo - "The Spanish Symphony" with the Sibiu state Orchestra, conducted by master Petre Sbārcea
-I traveled again to Belgium playing charity organized concerts
-I played Mendelssohn-Bartholdy - concert in E minor, op. 64, with the "Paul Constantinescu" Ploiesti Orchestra, conducted by master Carol Litvin

1994-I was placed 3rd at the "National Competition of Interpretation",- chamber music - trio, in Constanta
-I was invited to play a couple of recitals in U.S.A. - New York in the United Nations' Concert Hall and in Philadelphia

1994 - 1995-I was the concert-master of the "Lyceum Strings Orchestra" with which I made tours in Spain, Switzerland and Austria.

1995-I played with my brother Horia, J. S. Bach - concert for 2 violins in D minor, with the Bucharest Radio Chamber Orchestra, conducted by master Ludovic Bacs in the National Radio Concert Hall in Bucharest
-I played N. Paganini - "La Campanella" with the "G. Enescu's Highschool" Symphonic Orchestra, conducted by master Petru Andriesei in the National Radio Concert Hall in Bucharest

1996-I was selected to be a part of the "Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra" (World Youth Orchestra) in which I stayed 2 years

1996 - 2000-I was the concert-master of the Student Opera Orchestra of the University of Music in Bucharest

1997-in September I played several recitals in "Tenby Arts Festival", in Wales, U. K.
-I was selected to play in a concert in the Verbier Festival (in Switzerland) in a septet with the great violinist Nigel Kennedy

1998-I was invited to play again in "Tenby Arts Festival"

1999-I was the second concert-master of the Student's Philarmonic Orchestra with which i made a big tour in Switzerland
-I participated in the International Music Festival in Sweden - Malmo , as leader of a quintet, a quartette and a trio

2000-I was invited again to open the "Tenby Arts Festival" - in the "Millennium Concert" - with the Max Bruch concert no.1 in G minor, with the Sinfonia Cambrensis Orchestra, conducted by master Anthony Randall, and for a series of recitals

Over the years I had many recitals in Romania and in foreign countries such as: Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Sweden, U.K., U.S.A. and others.

During all these years I made lots of recordings in the national and private Televisions and Radios. My repertory contains over 70 pieces, 20 sonatas, 16 violin concertos and also many chamber music works.
